The Proposal

So Tim was pretty anxious to get back to Utah after Christmas to see his girlfriend. (Something about a "stirring of special feelings" or something.) Anyway, the other reason he was anxious to get back was because he had big plans for Tay on New Year's Eve... He fashioned himself a homemade hot air balloon and got some goodies and had me and Paul Carter help him out. It was bitter cold that night in Sugarhouse Park, but we put the old tB motto into practice: "Hook a brother up!" So me and Paul set up the balloon and ring and flowers and candles up next to the stream and made it all pretty-like and hit ourselves behind a pavilion to watch the show. They sure did take a long time waxing for how cold it was outside... You'd think that they'd consider two guys freezing their tails off instead of kissing so much! (Jk, bro.) Anyway, she said yes, so that's good. Seems like she was pretty stoked on it as well. Mission accomplished. Another step for theBRIGADE, proposal party planners. No big deal!
